About 40 ASPET members and staff attended the Society’s first stand-alone Capitol Hill Day on May 15, 2024. A total of 64 congressional meetings took place with 33 House visits, and 31 Senate visits with Members of Congress and staff covering 19 states and D.C.

ASPET journals editors and reviewers celebrated each other and their accomplishments at the ASPET 2024 Annual Meeting Journals Luncheon.
On the bulletin board someone had posted a crude sketch of an addict injecting himself, along with the caption, “When will it ever end? Never?” Someone else crossed out the “Never” and wrote, “When you dig yourself”.
